Dussmann Service Hong Kong Limited (formerly known as P. Dussmann Hong Kong Limited) was founded in October 1996. As a subsidiary of the globally operating Dussmann Group, it is backed by the group’s professional know-how, resources and full financial support.
At present, Dussmann Service Hong Kong Limited focuses on Cleaning, Security and Facility Management services. It employs around 1,200 staff with an authorized and paid up capital of HK$1,000,000.
Cleaning Services
Our Cleaning Division currently employs over 800 cleaning staff. During the past decade we have established a good working relationship with sizable organizations in various sectors such as air cargo handling and logistics, luxury residential developments, A-grade commercial buildings, educational institutions, diplomatic agencies, shopping malls, offices, factories, and up-market retail outlets. Other services provided by our cleaning division include pest control, stone care and waste management. Over the years we have established a reputation for integrated service packages tailored to meet the needs of individual clients and specific situations.
Security Services
We are proud of our professional security team and their security management qualifications. Our goal is not merely the provision of guard services but of holistic security solutions. Since its establishment in 1996, Dussmann Service Hong Kong Limited has worked with several high profile consulates in Hong Kong. Our security services now extend to a variety of sectors such as public transport, healthcare institutions, logistics, social welfare agencies, government facilities, industrial complexes, luxury residential developments, educational institutions and public broadcasting institutions. We provide specialized training to our security personnel including monitoring of suspicious activities, handling of bomb threats and bomb searches, the use of specialist equipment such as X-ray machines and metal detectors as well as crowd control and dealing with hostile reaction.
Facility Management Services
Due to our strength in the security and cleaning fields, we have been appointed by the Food & Environmental Hygiene Department of Hong Kong SAR Government to provide facility management services to a number of district markets. To deliver the service package as a whole, four types of frontline staff are required: management supervisor, cleaning operative, security guard and technician who are responsible respectively for property management, cleaning, guard and maintenance services, and pest control services. We also organize seasonal promotion activities for the markets.
Long Term Partner Relationships
We currently employ around 1200 security and cleaning staff in Hong Kong. Although there is keen competition in both the cleaning and security markets, we maintain excellent long-term working relationship with many of our high profile clients demonstrating our ability to provide high quality services and to meet clients’ expectations.
Integrated Management System
In order to ensure that our services meet both international quality standards and the high standards set by the Dussmann Group, Dussmann Hong Kong implements an Integrated Management System which includes ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. Following initial certification of the Integrated Management System in 2003, we are audited annually.
